Wow, such huge stars I’ve never even heard of many of them. An all-star cast.

With Queen Elizabeth gone, the Royals are going to fade away, imo.

Why doesn’t Chuck just hand over to William? It would be a very popular decision and William would be wildly popular!

Paul? Ringo? Mick? Amy Winehouse?

Elton had no problem performing at Rush and Kathryn’s wedding.

Why would they go? Charles was Prince Harry on steroids in the 1980s and early 1990s. A whiny, self-entitled brat who did a huge amount of damage to the royal family. Now all the sudden he is supposed to be respected as monarch just because he has the title? Reap what you sow, Charles. They all need to go away.

Maybe Jon Cary could send James Taylor over to sing “You’ve Got A Friend”. Bring along Lizzo and her flute too.

With King Charles' Coronation just weeks away, the Palace is scrambling to secure big-name musicians to perform on the big day.
The whole idea of royalty and coronations in 2023 is absurd, but if you're going to do it, why try so desperately to turn your events into PR opportunities for pop stars?
I wasn't alive then, but I don't remember reading about Frank Sinatra crooning at Queen Elizabeth's coronation. I also don't remember Duran Duran or Simple Minds at the Charles-Diana wedding.

âElton John was top of Charlesâ list but due to his European tour, which sees him performing in Germany the Friday before then again soon after the Windsor concert, he isnât able to make the dash to the UK work." âMeanwhile, man-of-the-moment Harry Styles is also tied up with touring and unable to get key band members together as theyâll be on much-needed downtime.â This is hilarious. 'For King Charles you say? Oh I'm so sorry, how could I get there from Germany so quickly? Also some of my bandmates will be playing video games at home so you can see it's impossible to make this'.
What king has ever been so dissed by a bunch of musicians?

May is prime touring season. Taking a week off for Charles makes little financial sense.
Tom Jones might be availableâŚ.

What about The Sex Pistols.

Whatever happened to classical music? If Charles had any class, heâd have the London Philharmonic Orchestra instead of tired old rock stars.
The Queen is dead.
Period.
End the farce.

Just dispense with the entertainment and proceed with the coronation!!
PROBLEM SOLVED.
You wonât be less of a King without Adele or Elton John.

Maybe the London Symphony is available? They could perform the Coronation March.
