This is the most disappointing speech I have ever watched. What happened to her? I thought her job was to rebut the lies and obfuscations of Brandon.
All I heard was stories about her time with The Donald.

I liked her speech, but the GOP talking about school vouchers is not going to get the black vote. Bush talked about it, and nothing happened.

What you say about her speech is not true.
She said a lot more than just telling stories about Trump.
You seem to have an infection of Trump Derangement Syndrome. One mention of Trump causes you to fixate on that and your perception becomes skewed.
Sarah’s speech did refer to Trump but she mostly talked about a New Generation of Republicans who are coming forward to serve and what they were going to accomplish compared to the crazy left that controls Biden.
Her message was spot on.
Her greatest offense to you was that she is still very much a Trump supporter, just as most New Generation Republicans are.

I think she did very well.
I did notice that her voice is very different since the thyroid surgery.
She was low key, ladylike, and respectful.

THAT is the crux of the matter. The Leftists have used every tool they have, especially their bought-and-paid-for media, to make our "normal" lives seem weird, abnormal, disjointed, starting with the "pandemic." It's just the sort of juvenile, comic-booky thing a coddled manchild like Barack Obama would come up with, using Ol' Reassuring Grampa Joe as a front.
