(Dallas, TX) -A 2021 lawsuit filed by Baylor Scott and White Health system against world-renowned internist, cardiologist, and COVID-19 expert Dr. Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH, has been dismissed by the 191st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas. Associate Judge Tahira Khan Merritt granted the nonsuit and dismissed with prejudice all claims asserted or that could have been asserted in the case.
In response, Dr. McCullough issued the following statement,

This is a strong victory for freedom of speech and fair balanced publication and media presentation of clinical data as it has emerged over the course of the pandemic crisis. My analyses and conclusions have been accurate, consistent, and have always been my own, not those of any institution.”

"As a result of his media appearances, Baylor said it has received questions about McCullough's affiliation with the hospital and whether they support his opinions."

Would be curious to know what kind of 'questions' and from whom they were coming.

Very cool. Thank you for all your hard work ransomnote. Your “tinfoil hat conspiracy” efforts have paid off. You have been vindicated, were correct, and things are turning around. :)

These lawsuits and petty prosecutions are still being conducted by the same people that have asked us to forgive and forget their Nazi like behavior towards us.
Never.

It’s horrible he had to spend a year and a half and I’m sure a lot of money to fight these spurious charges.

The process is the punishment.

Here’s the funny part. The suit alleged... “that McCullough, since leaving Baylor, “has conducted dozens, if not hundreds, of interviews in print and video appearances” while appearing to hold titles related to Baylor, such as Vice Chief of Internal Medicine at Baylor University Medical Center.”

If he was such an incompetent, such an idiot, how did he gain and hold those positions at Baylor in the first place? Either he was right in what he said, OR he was horribly wrong, and Baylor hires incompetents.

Bright move by Baylor simps.

I suspect that discovery would reveal communications from big pharma and the NIH telling Baylor to do this.

If I were McCullough I would sue and find out, but that is just me.

We already know that NIH and government officials reached out (on behalf of big pharma) to big tech and demanded censorship. Why would people believe this did not happen with hospital systems and universities or state medical boards?

Baylor University and their medical affiliates have employed some of the finest doctors in the world, including Dr. McCollough. I know, because I have family members under their care. I also know that many of the Doctors employed by world famous MD Anderson, actually get their own personal care from Baylor doctors.

Therefore Baylor’s affiliation with Dr. McCollough was one of the things that originally led me to listen to him, back when he was pretty much the first, and only, well known doctor to speak knowledgeably and articulately about the dangers of the DNA clot shots.

Rather than allow true science the time necessary to determine who would ultimately be proven right in this debate, which now most assuredly will be Dr. McCollough, Baylor made the foolish mistake of trying to disavow him, which has only hurt their previously impeccable prestige.

They are now trying to get a courtroom victory against him for spreading “vaccine misinformation” in a futile attempt to get ahead of the countless lawsuits that are coming their way for “vaccine injury” that they will soon be accountable for. Too bad Baylor, you made a huge mistake.

Baylor Scott & White Health is suing one of its former cardiologists for allegedly spreading COVID-19 misinformation under the Baylor name in media interviews, despite no longer being employed by the Dallas-based hospital, according to court documents.

Baylor, Scott & White was a once great medical system in Texas that has devolved into irresponsible quackery on the topic of Covid.

- I’ll never forget when they issued the following statement, when it was known that early treatment had a positive effect.

“Covid-19 does not have any real treatment for mild to moderate disease.”

“There is no antibiotic or antiviral effective against mild to moderate illness at this time.”

Positive Covid-19 Diagnosis Guidelines

well, if he never himself claimed to still be employed/associated with Baylor than of course, dismiss against him and go after the publications that made the false claim instead. Doesn’t mean he’s right about things he says, tho, such as “ “there has never been a confirmed second infection beyond 90 days with similar or worse cardinal symptoms and confirmed PCR/Antigen/Sequencing test” and that reinfection is usually a result of a false positive.” which we know is not true. Reinfection is real, in many cases is symptomatic, in some cases is perceived by the infected as worse than the first infection, and it’s proveable by PCR testing.
