FIRST ON FOX: President Biden has a "shrewd insurance policy" against impeachment and her name is Vice President Kamala Harris, according to Colorado GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert.
Boebert told Fox News Digital she believes that Republicans' intensely negative view of Harris is making them more hesitant to push for Biden's impeachment than they otherwise would be.
"Kamala Harris is Biden’s shrewd insurance policy," said Boebert.
"Joe Biden has failed the American people, and he’s keeping some members from calling for impeachment by having a historically unpopular vice president," the congresswoman continued.
"Both have failed to faithfully uphold and execute the law, and both should be held fully accountable," she added.
The White House did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment on Boebert's remarks.

Kamala is a fool and an idiot. No doubt about it.
But Biden is all that and more. He is a pervert. Dangerous and evil.
Litigating Kamala as ineligible would be about as useful as litigating Baraq as ineligible.
Nothing about Biden is "shrewd". Beobert is entertaining. I do not believe she is correct in her statements.
Harris was a mistake, pushed into office by a minority faction within the cabal that is actually running the Office of the President.
The cabal is aware of their mistake and no doubt are looking for ways to correct it.
The recent news stories about Biden's unlawful possession of classified materials suggests to me that the factions have reached some agreement on a solution. My guess is they have candidates now to replace Biden and Harris. We are just waiting for the next episode of the show.
I am looking for some "Unexpected and Tragic Events." The eulogies should be quite touching. The replacement team will be younger, photogenic and great public speakers. They will come out of nowhere, to "Unify Our Democracy in These Troubled Times".

Does Boebert understand that impeachment does not remove a president? A simple majority in the House are needed to impeach a president but this does not remove him from office.
An impeached president is 'tried' in the Senate, where 2/3 majority are needed to convict. Only with a Senate conviction, can a president be removed from office.
Biden's insurance policy against removal from office is not Harris but a democrat controlled Senate.

The Democrats are in a pickle because Harris would almost certainly lose in 2024, if she even got the nomination. And primary fights against sitting presidents tend to end very poorly for the president’s party.
