Just days after Christmas, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention republished a “self-assessment tool” urging teachers, administrators, school health staff, and others to become an “awesome ally” by advocating for LGBT causes in school.
The document cites multiple LGBT activist groups, including a division of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
The CDC did not respond to The Daily Signal’s request for comment about the document, which it originally published in October 2020.
“School administrators: Our LGBTQ inclusivity self-assessment tool can help you quickly gauge inclusivity at your school,” the CDC’s Division of Adolescent and School Health posted on Twitter on Tuesday. “See your score today and learn ways to increase inclusivity...”

What is it about transgender/deviant sexual orientation that is so attractive to those who are proposing a command-and-control regime for the governance of most of Western civilization? The only motive would be to REDUCE the rate at which humanity reproduces itself, and keep the rate of growth op population on a DECLINING slope. Left to its own devices, very prosperous economies STOP reproducing at a rate equal to the rate at which the old and infirm are removed from the total populace. The death rate exceeds the replacement rate, and the population ages as fewer and fewer children are born among those remaining of reproductive age.
It was once believed that wars and famines reduce overall populations. But in the inverse and sometimes perverse course of events, as the wars or famines pass, the reproductive rates INCREASE, and the total population surges to new heights. This apparent anomaly eventually flattens out as prosperity remains at a high level, and potential parents limit themselves as to the number of young they give birth to and raise to maturity. Thus the stagnant growth of numbers of citizens in prosperous economies where immigration is strictly limited.
But the overall prosperity continues to increase. Or at least, until somebody comes along and kicks over the apple cart.
I just have one question for the CDC....
WHY???????
So the CDC says transgenderism is a disease? And no one is complaining? Sounds like someone at the CDC needs to be fired oh Tuesday.

When one of the (cooler, not a jackwagon) jocks beat the snot out of a kingpin burnout, it was a glorious day and we cheered. But then it was back to looking over your shoulder,
When the burnouts and losers reached 16 and dropped out, school got better. But again, if you were not a Top 40 fan or in sports or a cheerleader...as the late Neil Pearl put it, be cool or be cast out. The gays simply joined the Thespian Club and everyone left them alone. The nerds joined AV Club, and the people in the band were marginally left alone if they played drums or saxophone and maybe trumpet. Guys playing flute were targeted unless they could play Locomotive Breath.
Nobody in the administration gave a rip about the damage then. I seriously doubt the CDC cares now, either. This is all about power. I bet secretly, the CDC laughs at the gay kids and thanks their higher power that their kids go to private school and aren't messed up like "the little people."
Indeed, this seems like an encroachment on the Department of Education's turf. Maybe we will see a federal cat fight. I'll bring popcorn and pray both departments lose.

President John Adams signed An Act for the relief of sick and disabled seamen (ASDS) in 1798.
In fact, this act was used to help argue that national Obamacare insurance is constitutional.
But what post-FDR era, institutionally indoctrinated Roberts Court overlooked (blatantly ignored?) about Obamacare and government agencies decended from ASDS is this imo.
The Constitution's Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 is as follows.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 17: To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoeve, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, byCession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards [emphases added], and other needful Buildings;--And"
The ASDS was probably intended for civilian seamen empmloyed by federally owned dockyards indicated in Clause 17 above, the ASDS therefore originally reasonably constitutionally justified if such is the case imo.

With all due respect to the family and supporters of the late President Truman, the Truman Administration inadvertently unconstitutionally (imo) expanded the scope of federal healthcare policy to include 10th Amendment-protected INTRAstate healthcare when CDC was established in 1946.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
