1) This is just some random street in a busy shopping area in December in Dublin, Ireland.
2) These are average, randomly appearing Dublin women and girls. Of the dozens, I only saw 1 overweight woman. Many looked like models.
3) Impeccable sense of style, perfect hair, great skin unembellished by pock-marked drug usage signs, absence of tattoos on face/neck, no trashy clothes.
4) No weird purple haired trannies, no homeless people, no criminals, everyone in a good mood.
Why such a contrast with our big cities on the west coast? What went wrong here? What is your experience elsewhere in the US?
…Radius to the third power is a good touch.
When I lived in Vermont we were on the border with Canada. We used to shop there more than the US. Crossing the border—200 yards into Canada, the women stepped up their game. The Vermont women looked winter-hard. The Sherbrooke girls dressed to the nines.
All power to you.
Prague is much better.

I’ve been to Prague and to most other major cities in western and central Europe, and I can tell you the vast majority of women you see in the commercial districts are slim, well dressed, and damned good looking when compared to the obese, freaky, shoddily dressed women you see schlepping around most of the malls in this country today.
OK I looked. They don’t look like models. They look pretty ordinary and are not thinner than the average young person where I live.
I live in an area with a high percentage of younger people/families and that’s probably different than many areas.
When I lived in Europe everyone dressed up to go out on the street. Americans were slobs even a long time ago. It effects looks.
Here? Almost everyone you see is displaying the latest in grunge attire. Dirty once fuzzy house shoes and pajamas or sweats are standard uniform for many women. Women in the height weight ratio department are double the men or skinny anorexic crack / pot / meth heads. Men usually sport beards that go from the nose and merge with chest hair.
People of walmart? Got you covered in a world class way.
Most vehicles could never pass a state inspection. Good thing that ended. It was a losing proposition anyway. Too many know how to dodge that and insurance requirements. Fully 1/3 have no insurance according to my agent so uninsured motorist coverage is pretty much essential. You could sue them I guess but you’ll never get blood out of a turnip. Indentured slavery is against the law I suppose but what good is a toothless drug user with no skills?
If there were average men with average taste in women in this town there would be a population problem. A sack isn’t enough.
The USA is a mongrel nation. Face it. The beautiful, rich and well connected people rarely emigrated from Europe for the primative life of America.
Euro women DRESS.
So do Quebec women.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Exactly. It’s a matter of pride and self-respect when out in the public square, attitudes that appear to be sorely lacking by so many women here nowadays.
People here in general are not as well dressed as they used to be.
Years ago an Omni article discussed the appearance of the leisure suit as a downfall but that was just one example of how the 70s were even more of a mistake than the 60s had been.
Hobe Sound,FL here and I agree 100%
I hate white people. They suck.
Well stated. Makes sense.
A great many "second sons" and european nobility which were not going to get a title came to America.
Europe is where those unwilling to take risks to better themselves stayed. It shows.
Unwilling or didn't need to?
I clean up just to go to the lumber yard. How you dress and take care of yourself speaks volumes about your personality and work ethic.
Not sure that applies to Texas. Our big cities are full of “not so perfect” women, while our smaller towns are full of drop dead gorgeous women.
Australia is another mongrel nation with a criminal tilt.
The vast majority of people in Europe from 1800 to 1900 were poor. Very poor. Those that came to the United States did extremely well, compared to the average European.
The standard of living in the United States today, is still much greater than European standards of living.
Food in Europe costs about 3-4 times the percentage of income it costs in the United States.
Agreed. Although I am getting to the age where it's considered impolite to look.
