What promise? What Muckarthy said was that he is tieing the defense budget to the vaxcancel. No vaxcancel/no defense budget. Now we have to hope the Pubbies are smart enough to get the cancellation BEFORE they pass the military budget. If the cancellation isn’t first, and locked into the budget also, then Lucy will pull the ball again and Brandon will sit on his hands anyway.
