By the end of January 2023 MOST BANKS will literally DISAPPEAR, that is part of their plan, to leave Americans without a penny so they can control us, that means that the money that you have in the bank will also disappear.
How will businesses operate? Why would Scavino post something like this, is there more to it?

The issue is not “never happen here”.
The issue is that the clown picked a specific date:

That date was a blatant lie.

I was given a link recently to an article saying it will be unveiled December 12. When I try to find the content without that link, just by google searches, I see wishy-washy ‘maybe one day’ and one article saying “tsk tsk tsk” it will just be partial digital currency, calm down!
Once they get the system functioning with their ‘partial’ trial run they will simply pull the rug out, remove paper money and then they can stop people from resisting their dictates by cutting access to your account. They will be able to halt protests by halting access to digital accounts indefinitely. Just like China.
