For the past 2 years that's been my MO regarding annual check-ups. I have crappy insurance that few doctors take so it wasn't a difficult decision. (I have never seen the same doctor twice in 5 years with my insurance.)
Interestingly, the jab has not come up in the 2 years I've used this approach which is a relief.
Would like to see Gates die and soon since his funding of “vaccines” is causing people to get sick from the ingredients!

Walk-in and Minute Clinics would work good for healthy people IMO. You can have any test done that you want done so I could still have my blood checked. I have good retiree insurance through Proctor & Gamble, so most places take mine. I also go to have ultrasounds done on my arteries when recommended through Lifeline Screening. My doctor says they are good and a lot cheaper than what she can order it to be done with insurance. Insurance doesn’t cover it through Lifeline Screening but for the tests I have done it’s only around $150 for three or four tests. I have genetically high cholesterol and can’t/won’t take statins, so I keep a check on my arteries. One is totally clear and the other has a “dusting” in it that is a long way from needing medical attention. I only have to get it done every three years.

You mention 'RN' in your post; I can't think who that is - a FReeper? Perhaps someone could pick up this info and create a thread. The two sources I linked to have copious footnotes and the primary doctors may know of more research.
My primary interest at the beginning of the CoViD disaster was with the ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) factor but it quickly became apparent that the therapeutic shots (mRNA) were NOT vaccines and involved affecting DNA - and that the rush to get them in use could lead to multiple unforeseen side effects. It has been quite an education for all of us. I have lost much respect for the pharmaceutical companies. Amnesty from liability became a license for greed and power.
Perhaps you can motivate some FReeper to pursue this more thoroughly. :)

He went on to tell me how it was helping people and saving many lives. This was dry shortly after they were dispensing it to the population at large. In my work we (Health Care workers) were offered it before most persons had access. I was one of a very few who declined it. I think that maybe there were 35 or so in my Department. I know of only two including me who refused. We both left before it became mandatory.
I decided that this Cardiologist was not for me. After a little while the subject was dropped and we went on to contend with the routine check up. I have only seen him 3 times and will again in a few weeks. He is OK except for that first conversation.
I no longer hear much about the poison, but during the Summer of 2021 the pressure was very high to get this thing. I do not even watch regular TV but I have no doubt that the advertising campaign was very intense. I mean seriously, 70,000,000 + people got this injection. That to me is mind boggling.
As information comes out and more people start dying of this BS SAD Syndrome, I anticipate a great backlash. It could get very ugly. My children and grandchildren remain pure bloods. There is a lot of pressure on their parents. I now have grandchildren being home schooled.
One of my granddaughters is highly intelligent and she will get through any adversity I am certain. Her brother is much younger and it remains to be seen how he shall develop.
Personally, I stopped trusting Doctors long ago. In the 90s I had a Cardiologist who insisted that I go on Lipitor. My cholesterol total was about 149. I thought that he was crazy. I took the stuff for a short time then got rid of that guy. The new Cardiologist was a younger woman and she was fantastic.
