About the picture “Everything has meaning”...
The top picture with President Trump shows Army officer (presumably a General-rank) in the center wearing an Army Service Uniform with all of the decorations, rank, etc.
The bottom picture shows an Army officer (indicated by the “scrambled eggs” on the visor and front of the cap) (also presumably a General-rank) wearing an ASU all-weather coat and white scarf and gloves - for cold weather. I believe that Generals have a gold stripe on their jacket cuffs and it looks like he may also have shoulder boards with his rank as in the top photo. No other accessories (medals and such) are usually worn with the all-weather coat.
In short, I wouldn’t read too much into the difference in uniforms.

A generation generally follows the average age of first-time mothers.
When Strauss and Howe were writing "The Fourth Turning", "Generations", "Mellinials Rising", and other works, they observed, over 500 years of western history, generations from 20-25 years, and seculae (a natural century; or 4 generations) of 80-100 years.
Writers and media inject their own biases into the generational brackets for various reasons, some selfish, some nefarious.

What we refer to as a "generation" (i.e. Silent, Boomers, Gen-X, Gen-Y (Millennials), Gen-Z, etc.) are actually a generational cohort, a generational grouping that share some major historical trends, such as a baby boom or bust, major wars, major financial crises, major societal changes.
And still, those generational groupings will range 20-25 years.
Strauss & Howe stated the thesis for all their works as: "History shapes generations, and generations shape history."
Regarding the Patrick Byrne video you posted. Could you give us an idea what you are referring to when you ask, “Can this be true?”
