Quite simply, what the Left is pushing sucks. It doesn't work. It is hurting (and has hurt) real people.
I could go into a long list of why I think (cheating notwithstanding) the Democrats (really an organized criminal organization, sort of a CCP lite) are about to get shellacked. But I'll just list a few thoughts:
1. "The NarrativeTM" isn't working any more. In fact, its never really worked, lacking anything of substance behind it. What enabled it to succeed is prosperity, and people being fat, dumb, and oblivious, focusing on largely irrelavent issues while the media and politicians engaged in stagecraft while living like parasites on the body politic.
2. That stagecraft also relied on so called opposition "running cover" (McConnell, McCain, Ryan, Spector,Graham, et al). It involved sabotage against Tea Party organizations, political office holders trying to seriously tackle issues, and essentially playing good cop bad cop with their fellows 'across the aisle'. That is going to start changing with many of the people running for office.
3. The 2020 coup (yes, coup) gave them the idea that its in the bag, so to speak, and they got brazen about what they were doing. It was one thing to 'take care of' a Seth Rich, or Jim Traficant, or even (my opinion) a JFK, but the last two years the apparatus was turned against ordinary people. That's not sitting well.
4. The goading isn't working to 'feed the narrative', and now DC has to really reach with ridiculous fabrications--look at how the mockingbirds have framed the Paul Pelosi scenario. Even a nominally engaged person looks at it and says "bull***t".
5. People are coming out of fat, dumb, and oblivious mode, their stomachs growling, their pockets empty, and see some ice cream licking, senile, mean spirited imbecile call them a 'danger to democracy', while the mockingbirds, fellow travelers in the political world, and everyday retards (that have their heads stuck so far up their a** they get a headache everytime they sit down) nod their heads up and down and bleat and repeat.
6. The outright cruelty those 'in power' have inflicted, with glee, on those 'beneath them'. They probably wonder why they haven't been dragged out into the street and been torn limb from limb (because thats what they would do given the opportunity, or at least pay someone else to do it)
7. Looking up the list, 'they' have imposed on the tendency for people to exihibit good will. I propose that good will is running out, and I fear if the shananigans repeat like they did in 2020, things are going to get brutal.
Ok. That was turning into a rant. Bottom line is Newsome and his ilk either really don't 'get it' or they don't care to because they figure they're 'protected'.
The left is at war with reality.
Reality pushes back.
People see that the Democrat Party ruined the West Coast states — and Americans want no part of that kind of misgovernment.

In NevaDUH, the majority of the ads are ‘Laxalt and Lombardo’ want to jail women for trying to use their “rights” for abortions. Once in a while some inflation ads or crime ads or voting rights/open primary ads. Sadly it seems both side are guilty of it. The demokkkommies far more though.

Remember back in early 2000s when dems got the House back, they ran on a platform of being “moderate” dems. Of course, no such thing ever existed. it was all lies.

Last night on the local news in So. Cal. they reported that Newsome is immmediately stopping all funding for homeless outreach statewide. Right away I realized it’s because the Dems are going to be creamed in the election and he’s hoping by cutting funding it will cause homeless people to revolt and cause chaos.
Crushed on narrative? Okay, you just keep believing that.
And, I have heard people say that when the democrats get wiped out, they will readjust.
No, they will double down on lies, because there has never been a political party in the United States so adroit with and dependent on lies.
That said, both your actions and your narrative suck.
