He’s doing better and breathing better. Years and years of a recliner did a number on him. We are finally going to get some home health care and PT going. He won’t wear his socks with the little nubbies on them so I hover to make sure he has the walker when he walks.
I’m doing ok but my bad ankle flares up by the end of the day. Walking on it a lot is supposed to make it stronger but it’s painful doing it.
Things are better than they were.

The tv news department describing this violent assault as “over chocolate bars” is journalistic malpractice.
This is about a manager refusing to cooperate with a shake-down that uses children to extort money inside his restaurant and being rewarded with a savage beating delivered by adult miscreants when the kiddies returned empty-handed.

This is where people of color can really make a difference. If they speak out, the woke will be conflicted and not try to silence them. Look at AOC’s townhall meeting. The white protestor was quickly intimidated and surrounded. The black protestor was allowed to speaks many minutes longer, unbothered, before they found a single muslim woman to go try to quiet him. They thought they had trumped his blackness with a muslim woman, but he just ignored her.
This is why Kanye and Candace are so important.

Interesting. Another —ine drug. It’s turning out that the drugs with —ine at the end are the best, most effective, simple, and inexpensive solution.
We’ve all talked about so many additives and supplements through the years here on these threads. I really need a great multi-supplement that does it all.
