I knew Aquino was. I hadn’t heard of Vallely until the meme and didn’t see anything about him being a Luciferian in my quick search.

I’m not clear on what the meme is trying to say about Tulsi. Are they implying she’s working as a Luciferian military psyop to promote a 3rd party of Independents?
