I did a lot of searches, just to get to the bottom of Gen.Vallely. The only thing is that he co-authored a book with Aquino. There isn’t anything else.
Whether Vallely is trustworthy in other respects, who knows. From my memory, sometimes he seems okay and other times not reliable as far as info goes.

On October 11th, 2022 in the Eastern District of Virginia, the trial of Igor Yurievich Danchenko will begin. Danchenko is the third individual whom Special Counsel John H. Durham has indicted as part of his investigations into the origins of Crossfire Hurricane, the Mueller Special Counsel, and whether any individual, government official or not, engaged in any wrongdoing as relates to the 2016 Presidential Campaigns and the President Trump Administration.
Some kind of NATO device was found nearby the explosion; I can’t remember details.
There was some sort of NATO explosive device found near the Nord Strom I pipeline, but I think that was in 2015.
