TC, please accept my apoligies for not enquiring after your DH! Of course I’m wondering how he’s doing...but I know if YOU aren’t doing well, ain’t nobody doing well! If you’re not at the almost top of your game...well, it’ll be hard on him.
Does he sit with his legs up? Is he watching his salt intake? Is he practicing good breathing? Does he enjoy being fussed over?
Nothing to apologize for. I taught him my asthma breathing exercise and it has helped a lot to raise his oxygen level and stop the dizzy spells. He said it clears his brain fog. He’s been getting up and walking more. He eats too much salt by my standards.
Today has been better for me. He’s started taking himself to the bathroom and that’s a big help.
