A federal appeals court on Wednesday said the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy violates U.S. immigration law, dealing a blow to an Obama-era program that provides deportation protection and work permits to nearly 600,000 immigrant “Dreamers” who lack legal status.

Our Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga has viewing places like that. Some of our scenic lookouts are on the mountain going over the Cumberland mountains to Crossville and the Cumberland Plateau. One of them going over the Cumberland mountains looks down across the Tennessee River.

The bottom line was, a letter of 05/19/2017 by Scott Schools ADAG, citing a different law, was submitted to me. Its essence cited Mueller’s resume as proof of ethics and no conflict of interest.
