Giving me flashbacks: I re-built a duo glide about 1970. Stripped it down so it was easy to maintain and made it my commuter bike. It was probly the first bike anywhere to be bright yellow, 1970 Corvette yellow, and I rebuilt the front end to hold dual headlights, also probly the first. Short pipes, no cans, blew blue flame at night.

Try not to look too hard for a senator to step up. They develop schmooze methods way too quick. Dick Armey explained it best when he said he’d been in DC for a week and caught himself trying to spend his own money. We just don’t need a pres who knows his way around the senate or congers, for that matter. Presidents need to know how to swing a wrench, not a pen.
