If you are wondering what the damage of such a limited nuclear war would look like, the Chernobyl nuclear accident from 1986 provides a pretty good example, since that disaster site lies between Kiev and Russia and Belarus. Above you’ll find a map showing the Cesium 137 fallout from Chernobyl. If you want to know what bombing Kiev would do, just move the Chernobyl spot down and a little to the right and see where the blotches fall.

They got the results from the MRI yesterday and released him last night. The clots had dissolved but he’s still short of breath and unbalanced on his feet. He has a walker and is back in his recliner. He’s not a good patient so I didn’t sleep much last night worrying about him getting up after being told not to.
He’s on about 3 months of Eliquis.
Keep up the prayers because I am NOT a good nurse. You might also want to pray that he didn’t catch Covid there because he would not survive it in this condition.

It’s a good filter.
