Even if every city started electing Republican administrations, it would take two or three generations to wash the bad attitudes out of the populace. A lot of blame is also on the universities that churn out graduates with degrees in “education” who perpetuate the woke crap when they land a job at a public school.
The "social justice warriors" behind stuff like this must intend to create lots of new racists, because that's the only possible outcome of their directing the herd of sheeple such that they get tangled up in the barbed wire of old prejudices and grievances.

We have a Niece who is a teacher in inner-city Milwaukeestan. She is white, all of her Kindergarten students are not.
She is a real sweetheart, but as naive as they come.
I truly fear for her safety. She is a sitting duck. :(
It would take years, to fix these people.
Build more prisons and morgues and send them there. Their leaders don’t decry and condemn this behavior because in their pea brains, the stores have money and insurance. Then they will get fed up and leave.....which is racist.
I don’t want to live with these animals or call them my countrymen. It is time for a divorce, either by ballot or bullet. Bullet would be quicker. The bad actors would get the message and either behave or become a statistic.
