Sounds like Javier doesn't know much about the law. He should be fired.

were here legally in our country at that point

So if you rob a bank, once you get outside, the money is legally yours?

Unfortunately, Biden’s whole setup for refugee status allows illegals to stay until they can get a court trial, and they are released under their own “recognizance.”

They are then legal and virtually never show for the court date.

What a super A$$HOLE! Without looking, I’ll bet $100 that he’s a Commiecrat...I better be legally correct here as I’m offering a wager and Democrats (nitpicking fact checkers that they are) read these pages...$100 that he’s a member of the Democrat party! All $100, or $25 increments. (Can’t be that many folks here that would bet against that!)

"Border Patrol arrest figures, released Monday, show numbers almost topped out at 2 million."

That's a pretty darn big army.

But he will not investigate the cartels for human trafficking?

BUahhaahahaha! Bexar county is home to the Alamo. I reckon we can have a showdown with this idiot fag there.

Maybe, but it reads as though DeSantis’ official flack is beating a retreat.

“Here legally in our country” is turning into a very slippery interpretation of the law. If it means “crossed over, met with ICE, and given a court date for an asylum hearing”, then that was only because a number of laws were broken, and the illegal nature of their entry stands. Only those granted visas and issued formal identification are here legally, the rest are making a bet they won’t be expelled summarily and immediately.

Fustercluck raised to an exponential power. And compounding.

A little off topic but how is Bexar pronounced?

You should the the video or pics of this “sheriff”. He has four stars on each collar tab and some bling on his blouse. He’s a real pretender for General Rotencrotch!

Perhaps Javier should step down. Our country is under an invasion, there’s nothing lawful about it. The effort to bring the border to the ‘sanctuary cities’ and NIMBY class of open borders libs is starting to resonate. If it fails to help effect change, Javier may be called to the border to turn people back - it doesn’t sound like Javier would follow orders in that event.

Javier is getting roasted on local talk radio. To his credit he actually was interviewed by the KTSA host this morning. He admitted that it was League of United Latin-American Citizens that filed the complaint about the transfers. LULAC is only slightly less racist than CAIR and BLM.

The best suggestion from a caller to the radio show was to suggest that Javier get on the next plane and go with them.

Of course they were lured.....

Because when 100s - if not 1000s - of “migrants” fleeing a poverty-stricken 3rd world hellhole (coming to a country near you!) were asked:

Who wants to be relocated to Martha’s Vineyard?

no one raised their hand and they had to be tricked into it.....

I live in Bexar County. I would love to say he’s an embarrassment, but he’s pretty typical of our elected officials, both City and county. I exclude our probate judges, who are extremely well-qualified despite being Democrats.

Not unless they already had their hearing to determine that. Which they didn't.

These people need to be deported. ALL of them.

I wish I would start hearing more politicians say so.
