Remdesivir Wrongful Death Landmark Lawsuit Filed Against Three Hospitals In Fresno Calif
Truth For Health ^ | September 9, 2022 | Dr. Lee Vliet

Posted on 09/12/2022 8:39:39 AM PDT by \/\/ayne

Attorneys Dan Watkins and Michael Hamilton announced in a national Press Conference September 7 the filing of their first-in-the-nation landmark lawsuit against three hospitals on behalf of families who had lost their loved ones with the “bounties” paid to hospitals for using the toxic combination of food and fluid restriction, remdesivir, mechanical ventilation, high dose morphine-midazolam respiration-suppressing cocktail to spiral patients down the dark road to death.

After more than 2 ½ years of daily COVID deaths in America’s hospitals, we finally have the first two attorneys in the US to take legal action boldly and courageously against three hospitals in Fresno, California for wrongful death, medical battery, elder abuse and other violations of patients’ rights to hold these hospital administrators, doctors and nurse accountable for such horrific patient abuses.

Truth for Health Foundation has pledged financial support for this lawsuit as one of our human rights defense efforts to serve the public good by helping protect public safety, defend patient rights, and defend life. Both Attorney Watkins and Attorney Hamilton have been engaged by Truth for Health Foundation to assist on several legal initiatives to help defend human and civil rights secured by law. It’s still useful, still in some of the protocols.

See here, for instance:

have been a nurse for decades....of course nobody forces anybody to do anything....however, these patients didn't have their loved ones around them...remember, everyone was forced into strict isolation.... the very sick patients had NO ADVOCATES...

frankly, if your loved is struggling, a distraught family member will want anything and everything done....

when you sign the initial consent when you are admitted, read carefully....they can almost do anything...

IF the health industry/big pharma and the CDC and FDA had been honest and let the public know that remdesivir had a poor tract record, that is one thing...

but they pushed it and eliminated all other treatments such as ivermectin, et al.....

A friend from Church died from what the Hospital in Allentown, Pa. did with remdesivir and keeping him on his back as his lungs filled with fluid. I will pass this along to his family.

I’m sorry for your loss as well. Heartbreaking.

I came to accept that it was my brother’s time to meet our Lord. I still have problems with the way they kept all of us from him though, even on his last day when they absolutely knew death was imminent. Cruel beyond measure.

--- "Remdesivir was granted emergency use authorization to save lives. It was part of the treatment given to Trump."

I think you mean "Regeneron" which is a formulation of two monoclonal antibodies.

If you have a source -- cite a URL please -- that Trump's treatment included remdesevir, I should like to read it.

Remdesivir was granted emergency use authorization to save lives.

with very unclear/mixed results, according to many reports.

Regardless, the Pharma-industrial-government complex and their cronies certainly got rich. again.

I am a remdesivir survivor. Was on the vent for about 6 days. I have no idea if it helped or hurt. I have seen stats that remdesivir is somewhat successful, if given early enough. I was past that window tho.

I about croaked. I am probably here because I was in tip top shape for a 50 something. Both my in-laws, in their 80s, died from covid. Both were given remdesivir. Have no idea if that did them in or not.

I was given a choice on whether to take it or not, and was well aware of what appeared to be its low success rate. But I was half drugged out, and already vented when I got asked.

25 bed Hosp. Things worked differently...for us.

Small town..big county.

When I left there the other day...we had one Pt. come in positive for COVID...did not appear too sick..but he is a drug abuser..Had a fever...looked like crap.

Although breathing fine....

Primary C/O was sores on his feet........???

Fairly young guy maybe in his 40's...?? I dunno....was not my patient.....I had nothing to do with him.

Walked by him...though. When I'm on the floor...I am required to wear an N-95 mask.

They did the same thing to Mr. RightField last year. He died on October 3. He was vented for 3 weeks before he died. It was horrible, and I couldn't see him until they called that morning and said. "Your husband is going to die today. If you want to see him, you should come today."

It was brutal. I wish I had known then what I've learned since.

I am so happy you got to be with your husband on his last day. They wouldn’t let my SIL see my brother even on his deathbed. They had been married 49 years and were close to their 50th anniversary.

Do I hold a grudge about the hospital protocols of denying loved ones visitation rights? You bet I do. Unforgivable. Might as well have tortured us all with medieval devices.

My brother especially went through hell, with no one around but an occasional nurse or doctor who didn’t know him. They may have cared for him, but without being able to be his advocate, how do any of us know how infrequently he was attended? They should’ve let him come home. He didn’t want to be there after the third day. 11 days of torture for him.

As you said, brutal.
