I watched a lot of this speech by John Brennan a few years ago, so far all I found is the a 3 minute snip, but he reveals a lot in it. Has CC subtitles. I had thought he had been ambassador in Saudi Arabia and signed visas of the hijackers, but searching, I find nothing saying he was ambassador in SA. He was in SA for a while, with Clowns:

my main deal was trying to overlay those events & the days or days mentioned with our 2022 calendar to see if there was a correlation in hopes that all this was going to happen this year.
I feel this is the year we get our country back, the mid-terms are crucial & clearly something happens that triggers citizen unrest, riots and the usual suspects to flee the country, with the military/ NG stepping into the fray. I mean its right there in the drops from the beginning of Q.
