Hillary Clinton started wearing pantsuits — now considered her fashion signature — after "suggestive" photos were taken of her in a skirt during her time as first lady.
In a new interview with Norah O'Donnell for CBS Sunday Morning alongside daughter Chelsea, the former presidential candidate shares that she switched up her style after visiting Brazil on a state visit in 1995. Clinton wore a cream skirt suit during her visit, in which photographers shot her from below.
"I was sitting on a couch, and the press was let in. There were a bunch of them shooting up," the former presidential candidate shared. Some of the photos — in which Clinton's underwear appeared to be visible — were later used in ads for Brazil's Duloren lingerie.
"All of a sudden the White House gets alerted to these billboards that show me sitting down — I thought my legs were together — but the way it's shot, it's sort of suggestive," Clinton, 74, added. "And then I also began to have the experience of having photographers all the time. I'd be on a stage, I'd be climbing stairs — and they'd be below me. I just couldn't deal with it, so I started wearing pants."
Chelsea, 42, broke in to share her thoughts on that photographer behavior: "So creepy. That's so creepy.

She should have tried to come off sexy. It would have gave the much needed edge over then Presidential Candidate Trunp.
She was so arrogant, and dismissed him as a real threat in 2016.
A triggered woman who had an interesting leg shape would have gone for leotards instead.
Okay, so where are the pics? I decided to take one for the team and looked for them online. Zilch. Not even anything faked, which probably means no one was interested enough to imagine such a thing.

Much as they were shocked to hear the waist brace parts fall off of her just before she collapsed into the arms of Secret Service cadre that surrounded her to beat out the photogs (but missed the excellent videographer with sound who captured it all. Ting ting the metal fell to the ground through her pant leg.
She collapsed and they threw her into the van like a wet sack. 9-11-2016 NYC.
Really, probably the only thing the tent maker could put together to hide her lardass.

No matter what she claims, it was because nobody wanted to see her fugly cankles.
I imagine that is a problem for women. Accidental photos...especially when trying to get out of a car
Oh. I guess some people are thrilled easily. A little longer skirt would have taken care of the problem. And no defense of her at all —believe me— but a photographer who does that is a scumbag.
Every fall my mom would drag me to KMart and buy my school clothes.
From the mid-60s to the 70s.
And then, for Christmas, she’d go back and buy me more as gifts.
I wore things then that I would not wear to a dog fight now, even if I thought I could win.
Worst case in point, I had my photo taken for the local newsrag because of winning a spelling bee and she dressed me in a shirt-with-matching-knit-vest that was brown with an orange and white chain link pattern.
In color, it was bad enough but the black and white newspaper photo made it look like the spelling bee was held in a prison.
