Uruguay went from having one of the lowest COVID-19 case rates in the world, to the top 30 among nations with populations over a million.
Something else changed, also. There is a reason that I believe that serial harassment and thread stalking,

have real world consequences that can cost us Free Republic, the same way
the Boy Scouts have gone bankrupt paying lawyers and victims, the same way
Groomer churches are seeing their assets forked over to victims and lawyers.
