I’m sorry you had to deal with it too. Absolutely exhausting.
I did have a brief respite last year when my FIL was in memory care, but that facility did allow visitors, did not require the vaccine or masks, and only restricted visitors one week during a Covid outbreak. The residents were allowed to continue to visit with each other and activities . Guess what? No one got seriously sick or died.
Anyway, a fall and surgery in January brought him back home. The short version is for him to stay in mc, he would have to have a 24/7 aide on top of the $6000 a month facility fee 🙄

Exactly right. I sometimes wonder how many RINOs got nominated based on our screwed up elections and that is why they don’t fight for legitimate ones.
