Prince Harry has waded into US politics again in his keynote speech at the UN General Assembly in New York, blasting the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
The Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan Markle arrived hand in hand ahead of his speech to delegates on climate change and poverty during the two hour meeting.
The 37-year-old attacked American politics during his keynote speech at the United Nations event in New York City today.
During his speech he said: 'The few weaponizing lies and disinformation at the expense of the many.
'And from the horrific war in Ukraine to the rolling back of constitutional right in the US we are witnessing a global assault on democracy and freedom the cause of Mandela’s life.'
His wife Meghan told Vogue that her ‘feminist’ husband had a ‘guttural’ reaction to the overturning of abortion laws last month.

This spoiled brat’s opinion matters no more than my dogs opinion
Per the above, the grandson didn't even know about the speech. See the last two paragraphs.
The UN General Assembly will be held in mid-September 2022. This is a meeting like hundreds of other meetings that are held every day at the UN. No one invited him. The PR was able to secure it after a donation to Mandela’s foundation.
This was just more bloviating
More Brits hate harry than Americans hate harry.
Meghan doesn’t own a business with oprah.
She must have incredible *****

I loathe elites preaching to us
Just who the hell does he think he is? Keep it up, you ROYAL pain in the ass, and you’ll find yourself a man w/out a country. You are a GUEST here. It’s about time you started acting like one.
No mother and an idiot father. It’s not surprising he’d act like that. No guidance except from his idiot wife. I pity their kids.
Actually, they live in an estate in Montecito, California, about 100 miles up the coast from L.A.
Montecito is five miles south of Santa Barbara.
BTW, any Yank wanting to read Tom Bower's book still has to order it from the UK. No word on a street date for stateside publication. How odd.
Reading Tom Bower’s book...
It’s worth the read. And the PITA it was to get it since I had to order it from the UK.
Still no word on when it will be published stateside. And isn’t that interesting, especially since I’ve seen at least one report that Simon & Schuster bought the US rights to the book.
...taxes.
Is the Palace about to go nuclear by outting Harry's tax status in the US?
Or is the UK's Deep State about to finish off the monarchy by touching off the last battle of the War of the Windsors...
Looks like the EU wants the House of Windsor gone.

Germans can’t pay their fuel bills at the moment and their industry is being crippled by the fuel crisis. They’re suffering the cost of living crisis too. They need to question why their government is spending this level of money on two celebrities.
Sally in Sheffield, that is a very good question.
This guy gets it...

The Germans have let us down by pandering to these two and their belief that they are globally important. What was all that rubbish yesterday that the Germans were saying that they wouldn’t pay for their security about then? They don’t need security if being picked up, escorted and then returned by private jet again.
...has me wondering who else was on that plane and what was discussed out of sight and earshot of the public.
