That guy would definitely set my spider-sense tingling. As a friend of mine in NYC says, it’s important to be able to tell the harmless crazies from the dangerous crazies.

It's not just how they look but the way they act. You have a bunch of liberal hippies in Asheville who may look like that but they're harmless.

I would definitely slip the safety off my weapon if he started walking in my direction.

Could they maybe make a stop at D.C. on the way?

He probably was thinking just that.

I remember bumper stickers, in Houston area during the mid-80s, saying….Detroit (or, IL) …. Last one out, turn the lights off.

My own view of Tatoos is not positive, but my view of the massive all-over Tatooing that the perp has makes me think something evil is going on in such cases.

I cannot comprehend a G-d centered person wanting to carve all over their body that way.

Too many. But there are more to come. The surface hasn't been scratched yet.

Not much in the way of details of what precipitated the stabbing. Was it just a random encounter or an argument that escalated? Curious to know the circumstances behind this fatal encounter.

Yes, I am generalizing, but just about anyone with the facial and neck tattoos that the suspect has is probably someone who should be avoided if at all possible and watched closely if in your vicinity.

In our country Tex, there is a hose, a big gas pump and people pull cars up on both sides. The pumps are fairly tall, and we have the ability to pay right there but you have to key in numbers and such.

Gas here probably isn’t as expensive here as in your country but it’s funny, people put little Biden stickers next to the price that says “I did that!” It’s hilarious.

But I imagine you’d be in deeeep dimsum if you tried that over there!

How many homeless bums have killed homeless bums this year.

The problem is out of control and has been for a long time.

I came quite close to growing up in Southern California. One of my dad’s medical-school classmates moved to Huntington Beach in the early 50s, and Dad was planning to move out there too when he got out of the Air Force in 1953. He had some free time, so he and Mom and the two infants took a detour through the Northwest. They got to Portland and decided to stay, and that’s where the other four of us were born. Portland was actually a really nice place back then. Now I don’t think I’ll ever go back even to visit.

Lots of lousy places today were like paradise in the 1950s-1980s (and later for some).

I’d have a hard time trying to name any places that are better now than they were then.

A great many, and Biden and the Dems want more of them, are all but begging them to come here, enticing them with rewards.
