I’ve done what would be considered a strong dose 4-5 times. That provided a noticeable improvement in mood for 2 weeks afterward. Much better than pharmaceutical antidepressants which never did anything positive for me. I’d probably do them regularly if I had access to them, thinking of growing my own.
