4 Charged with Underage Drinking after Traffic Stop on Amish Buggy in Crawford County

Four have been charged with underage drinking after Pennsylvania State Police pulled over an Amish horse and buggy in Crawford County earlier this month, according to troopers.
It happened June 17 just after 7 p.m. in the 24400 block of Britton Run Rd. in Sparta Township.
Troopers said they saw the four riding unsafely in the horse and buggy, pulled it over and discovered they had been drinking alcohol.
The 20-year-old man who was driving the buggy was also charged with driving under the influence (DUI), according to State Police.
The other three people in the buggy were two 17 year olds and another 20 year old, troopers said. They were all from Centerville or Spartansburg.

A fellow in my home town used to tie up his horse and buggy behind the VFW club. The horse knew the way home.
All good until one night a drunk driver in a motorized vehicle rear ended him. He was badly injured but the horse showed up at home the next day with some minor scrapes.

They are nowhere NEAR Pittsburgh or Philly. Not much MS13 or BLM to bust near Sparta, PA.
I want to know what they were doing to get pulled over in the first place.
