The January 6 Committee sent the feds after Trump lawyer John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020.
Trump’s election lawyer John Eastman said the FBI searched and seized his phone last week, according to a new court filing.
Eastman filed a federal lawsuit in New Mexico on Monday and asked a judge to order the feds to return his property and block the January 6 investigators from accessing his phone.
According to the court filing, John Eastman was exiting a restaurant with his wife and friend last week when FBI agents ambushed him and “forced” him to unlock his phone.
The federal agents then took Eastman’s iPhone 12 Pro.
The feds ambushed John Eastman on the same day they conducted a pre-dawn raid of Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark.
The sham January 6 Committee earlier this year targeted Eastman in a filing where they claimed Trump may have engaged in criminal conduct to overturn the 2020 election.
“Evidence and information available to the Committee establishes a good-faith belief that Mr. Trump and others may have engaged in criminal and/or fraudulent acts,” the committee said in a court filing in March.
The filing was submitted in federal court in Los Angeles as part of a legal fight with John Eastman.
Eastman sued the January 6 panel in December in an effort to block a subpoena seeking emails.

The primaries are still ongoing. This is exactly when this should come up. The more candidates have this on their campaign PR the more likely it is to come up as an issue in Congress should they win their races. It may even be adopted by other candidates as a competitive gesture. It will get inserted into bills, etc. and at the very least it will scare people.

A retired Texas couple says FBI agents on June 22 broke through the gate of their rural home, threw flash-bangs, handcuffed them, and trained lasers on them before searching their home for evidence connected to the Jan. 6, 2021, breach of the Capitol.
Lora DeWolfe and Darrel Kennemer, who live on seven acres near San Marcos, Texas, told The Epoch Times they attended the Jan. 6 rally at the Capitol but did nothing wrong. They believe the FBI mistakenly identified Kennemer as someone else.
The FBI didn't arrest them, they said. Agents eventually produced a search warrant saying Kennemer was suspected of “assaulting, resisting or impeding” officers and “entering restricted building or grounds.”
Both said they went no farther than the Capitol steps on Jan. 6 and didn't harm anyone or damage anything. They said the allegation of assault was false, and the FBI kept showing Kennemer a blurry photo of a man who looked similar but wasn't Kennemer.
“I vacillate between feeling mad and helpless,” DeWolfe said. “I was really sad. We just wanted an honest election.”
“They're corrupt, and they're trying to scare us,” Kennemer said, adding he feels the FBI targeted him for just being at the rally.
The ordeal began when their gate alarm woke them up in the pre-dawn hours of June 22, DeWolfe said. At first, they thought a deer had tripped the alarm, but DeWolfe got up and saw a white car. Kennemer got his AR-15 rifle and went outside, not knowing what to expect, DeWolfe said.

And even if it did exist, there aren’t many people who have secret documents of the sort that this would protect. It’s the automatic records of the thousands of ordinary transactions that the investigators want.
This is all illegal. The House committee is not properly created to be doing this.
This needs to get to the Supreme Court in a lawsuit.
However, I’d love to interrogate all sorts of liberals and my beck and call, humiliating them for real crud they did, and I’d live in my House office to do it around the clock.

The Republicans owned the Senate for 1,460 days - and they didn’t do crap to subpoena any of Hunter and James Biden’s Billions, nor did they enforce any subpoenas on any of Hunter’s associates.
They were working with spies and no one cared to investigate.
GOP controlled all the Committees. With a simple 15 minute Vote, they could have done it.
Call in US Marshalls, arrest these rouge FBI agent hacks, and DOJ sanctioned democratic political officers.
This is ugly. I totally believe DOJ/FBI will be dismantled in 2024/2025, they are infested with political corruption.
