Does anyone remember the ZBEC vitamin pill that was popular years ago? That's Zinc, B complex, vitamin E and vitamin C. I don't actually take the specific ZBEC but I do take all of the above in different ways. I currently take 22 pills, gel caps or capsules each day split between morning and night and have generally taken variations of that for the past 35 years.
Thanks. Had never heard that before.
Instead of treating the pain, consider a supplement that reduces it at the source.
Glutathione is a useful option for both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis.
Rheumatoid study:

Don’t worry about finding glutathione. Instead, consider getting glycine and N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) and take them in equal doses. This is called “GlyNAC” and is a patented combination that Nestle bought the rights to.
Nestle has people taking 1,200 mg of glycine and 1,200 mg of NAC a day. It is less than what two studies used for some remarkable cardio and brain function enhancements for older people, but it should be helpful. Nestle charges a lot for that combo, but you can make it pretty cheaply from purchasing from a health food store or Swanson Vitamins, among others.
Another item that Nestle has, but does not own the patent on, is Urolithin A.
I have previously posted study threads on these two supplements (GlyNAC and Urolithin A), if interested.

I have a lot of different stuff like that...I will have to give that a try.
I did have my glutathione checked this year and it was normal. But the test is a finicky one. Can’t remember why.
been thinking about getting a NAD infusion but those are so expensive so I might try one of the cheaper ones...a lot of them have glutathione in it.
btw, you can get liposomal glutathione from Quick silver scientific. I bought some in 2020 for Covid. you have to keep it in the fridge
My fully vaxxed 20 YO daughter has it.
Fully vaxxed for her college...she’s mild.
My wife had it March...felt real bad, I took care of her, no isolation at all....she had one JJ vax.
I have not caught it yet.
I take Ivermectin every two to three weeks for a 250 pound horse and regular zinc C Quercitin etc pills. (Pure blood)
What a scam for my daughter.
I tried to tell her the vax is pretty worthless.
All these kids should be suing their colleges etc for the harm they have done and the money they paid to go to a state university...only to basically attend an overpriced online college for the last two years.
It’s disgusting.
Get liposomal Nicotinamide Riboside.
That approached an infusion, but is far cheaper.
Due note that “normal” glutathione for an older person is abnormal for a younger person. You can supplement with GlyNAC and get glutathione levels nearly back to 30 years of age.
Oh, and taking glutathione is not assured of getting in the places it is needed.
It is spontaneously created in cells from the building blocks (three amino acids), exactly where the cell already makes it and needs it.
GlyNAC is really an incredible way to help our bodies.
And Urolithin A seems to be doing some positive things to me, too. 500 mg a day.
I looked at my glutathione level. it was in the 500 range . The lab didn’t break it down by age as they do with some tests
I am going to give it a try. I have a rare antibody in the amino acid chain as it relates to tRNA that jacks up my system and it is above the understanding of my Drs.
I just have to throw stuff at it and see what might help
I do not trust the tests as they tend to lean hard on the "presumptive" positive.
But hope you and your friends feel better soon.
You are already a bit above average, regardless of age, then:

The study is free and in PDF form.
However, it seems women can have quite a bit higher levels than that.
Look at the Keto diet on Youtube - I like Dr. Berg.
Doctors are killing us with these drugs.
It is known that Vegas hookers have the chinese virus... so.. :)

I concur wholeheartedly. Dr. Berg's channel is excellent. I know its anecdotal, but since eliminating added sugar, soda, rice, bread, pasta and fruit juices back in 2016 I have never felt better. Eggs, avocados, meat, fish, nuts (pecans & walnuts)and some veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, green beans make up the bulk of the diet.
I also only eat one meal a day with a complete fast (water only) from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon and a monthly 72-hour fast. Saturday is a bit of a "cheat day" as I may indulge in a bowl of ice cream.
I have also never been a smoker or a drinker and no prescription meds. I prefer to let my immune system do what it was designed to do instead of relying on chemical injections for the wuhan flu. This approach has worked in my case so far, but everyone's mileage may vary.
‘Virtually no one gets sick from covid beyond a common cold, as it is now.’
Early 20’s child woke up Monday (3 days ago) barely able to function with 101+ fever, severe aches and headache. Obviously had the flu so tested and was positive for covid.
Went through 48 hours of pure heck with fever, pain, delirium. Oxygen level went down to 93, and dehydration was a main concern. Used prayer and FLCCC/Zelenko protocol and fever broke and was feeling MUCH better today.
It. Was. Not. Like. A. Common. Cold.
Yes, but you’ve been pickled in ale since 1751.
