As others have noted, this incident is from Feb, 2021.
In a surprising twist Marvin Payton Jr. has had previous incidents with law enforcement. Just a little assault and attempted murder and stuff.

“Shot 14 times”.
It’s annoying when “exit wounds” are only mentioned in the Medical Examiner report. You almost have to divide by two to get a rough guess. The inquest would also indicate which guns made which holes, and how many rounds missed the target entirely.
Oh well, it’s only trivia.
