LITTLE ROCK - A water tower in the town where Johnny Cash was born was shot May 11, leading to an interesting leak on the mural painted on its side.
Residents of the small town just south of Little Rock thought the leak was due to routine overflow, but as the sun rose, the vandalism became clear. The vandal had shot the water tower in the groin area of the Jonny Cash mural.
9/10 for creativity.
I wont be the first to observe that the shot was most likely not a random accidental discharge of a weapon capable of penetrating the steel tank.
That’s funny.
Thanks for the belly laugh.

I hope they never catch the person who did this. Better they not even try.
Having to deal with city water reserves low enough to cause restrictive water usage measures, seeing this is painful. Damn drought here in Central Texas is no joke.
Accidently on Purpose
I thought that one up a century ago as a 10 year old. Anyone 10 and up is a suspect...except boys raised to be cucks.
Looks like a job for Phil Swift and Flex Seal!
Someone has a very accurate aim. 🙂
Good shot. 300 Win Mag? Though a 30-06 Black Tip would probably do it. No wait. Arkansas. 50cal probably.

Thanks! I needed a laugh today.
What I have posted on those web pages is that they need to get “Miss Amsterdam, who saved Holland when she stuck her finger in the dyke.”
Then I say i stole that from NOTHING SACRED.(1937)
THAT’S gonna leave a mark !
One solution is to do nothing. The leak loses about the volume of one-half of one garden hose, assuming it’s .30 in diameter.
Fix it eventually, but make it a tourist attraction for now.
“This is why we can’t have nice things.”
$10 says it was done with a cordless drill.
