I'm sure that I'm not alone one this. I am set to be interviewed by a reputable aerospace company. Their job posting states the following: "All prospective, newly hired, and/or onboarding employees must receive the COVID-19 vaccination in full prior to their start date with ULA. Vaccination is required as a condition of employment, unless otherwise exempted by approved reasonable accommodation."
How do I get around this?
Go to your boss with irrefutable evidence on how the vaccine doesn’t work. Print it out for him. There are CDC studies now. There’s plenty of evidence from reputable sources.
You mention it is an aerospace company. They most likely have government contracts. Getting out of the jab for government contracts is difficult. Very few exceptions/accommodations seem to be made.
I waited and forced my employer to fire me. It took a while but eventually worked out. I now work fully remote which is allowing me to finally escape NJ. I move in about 6 weeks.
Yeah, but can they, e.g., require you o present your Arier-Nachweis, i.e., your documented proof of pure Aryan ancestry for at least three generations?
Can they demand that you prove that you are not HIV-positive?
After years of employment, can they "up" and demand that you participate in a blood drive? Or that you fill out an organ-donor card?
There are moral and also legal limits to what the employer can demand, even in a Free Market system.
Regards,
I should have added that while looking for my next job I didn’t apply for any role that said the shot was required.
I was very open about why I left my last job not being vaccinated during interviews so there would be no surprises during the hiring process. If anyone had a problem with my vaccination status I wanted to stop the process early and move on.
See if you can be tested for T cell immunity. I believe the test is the T Detect test.
Ask if they’ll accept that.
Otherwise, I’d agree with the others. Find a different job. Is the money they are offering you worth the gamble with your health?
If you have already had it, maybe you can convince them to waive the requirement.
If you decide to play vaccine roulette, you only have a 5% chance of it killing you the first time.
Can’t have everybody who gets the “vaccines” having adverse reactions at once. That would be bad "optics."
5% of the production lots account for 100% of the deaths.

That’s why the vaccines don’t actually prevent the illness and why “boosters” are required.
Every time you get a “booster” you have a one-in-twenty chance of hitting the "adverse reaction" jackpot.
It's not going to be much longer that they can hide the fact that the vaccines are biological weapons just like the virus.
You'd be better off holding out.
There will be lots of open jobs soon as the die-off accelerates and they can no longer hide it.
Whaaat? I don’t even know what to say…..except good luck with that
This approach is beginning to cross my mind for a lot of things, ‘Beat ‘em at their own game’. I also think we should start infiltrating a lot of their companies/spaces from within
Federal contractor. The case hasn’t been decided yet. And you can bet that Biden will revisit the OSHA mandate this fall if there’s another outbreak.
Our system is no longer really capitalist when businesses are bullied or punished by the government if they do not comply with unlawful mandates or rules.
Yes, somehow they can. Community Health Centers Winter Garden, and central Florida requires vaccination. I don’t get how? Governor’s ruling seems to be mostly grandstanding hype about not requiring vaccination
Find a better job? Look, only you know if you fall into the intended group of elderly or vulnerable. The policy is fascist at best. I’d use the time to tell them that and that I have no intention of working for them because of it.
“Find another job and tell this one WHY you won’t be working there”
You might first be fun to ask them who their liability insurance carrier is, as well as their long-term disability carrier. The ask if they are taking responsibility for any ill effects from.the vaccine.
Pay someone to get the vaxes in your name. I’ve heard there are people who will do that, and have done it.
For a religious exemption, you want to let this employer know you are asserting your rights under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e.
I work for a Fortune 50 company - in totalitarian NYC, no less - and did the same several months ago. My request was approved within days, no questions asked.
Great for you, moving out of NJ! I’m looking for a place to move to now, where are you moving to?
What? You mean there is an actual Covid-19 Vax? When did that happen?
If the employer was demanding all employees receive an actual vaccination, I suppose that might be reasonable. There’s the rub. They are demanding fealty to a false narrative.
“We ... decided to go ahead and get the booster.”
I hope y’all have no regrets. A lot of nasty repercussions for females who are vaxed.
