It was ten years away when I was in college in the early '70s.
some day there may be a discovery like emulating the energy wave of iron magnetism to create artificially induced magnetism on an infinite scale by a crystalline structure similar to magnetic material now known, by producing a metal and semiconductor matrix and reproducing whatever the heck causes magnetism ( if that makes any sense)
I had tolook up the definition of bereft again, still trying to get the context but my intent was to suggest that maybe there is more to it than we truly understand.
Knowing the behavior of something is not necessarily knowing how it works, perfect example is gravity.
