Maybe Putin, even though he knew he would be portrayed as the aggressor, had no choice but to take care of Ukraine by himself. Maybe he knew the signal had been given to release the next bio weapon (cholera, bubonic plague) right on his border.
His choices: be vilified by the world, or have half your people wiped out by illness.
Maybe Nancy’s “water” signal means they have successfully introduced it into a water supply.

If RUS/Putin did NOT make his incursion into Ukraine we would have never known about the labs at the time of the release.
That incursion both stopped the next viral release AND exposed the Clown Brigade’s plan.
The Capitol Police Board on Sunday issued an emergency declaration as truck drivers protesting COVID-19 policies gather in the D.C. area, according to reports.
The protests, which began Sunday and slowed traffic outside the capital, have been dubbed the “People’s Convoy” and could last several days.
The emergency declaration allows police to ask for help from the National Guard in addition to permitting payment for officers’ hotel and food costs, according to Bloomberg.
CNN reported that the declaration was announced by House Sergeant at Arms William Walker.
