I believe the plague was transmitted by fleas. The flea bites would cause rosy circles on the skin.
The fleas were carried by rats and mice. Lots of feral cats in the big cities of Europe had been exterminated, because they were thought to be "evil spirits".

The rash. People used flowers (Poseyes) to cleanse the air. Ashes would be something like burning pits for belongings or for bodies.
And remove the ability of non governmental legal groups to sue “on behalf of the American People”, taking of course, a big cut of any settlement.

My go-to source on Twitter for news about Ukraine, ASB Military, has been banned by Twitter - any entity on twitter using a similar name is a fake at this time.
They are up and running on Telegram (search for ASB Military News) and have opened a GAB account as well.
Apparently, in order to properly initiate a false flag against Russia, they have to try to erase all mention of documents proving that the US sponsored bio-labs in the Ukraine. But since the US government already stated that they exist, they are not going to be able to easily pull that off. Especially since Russia approached the otherwise useless UN about it.

I tend to think the Russkies were justifiably concerned that the DS/Neo-Nazis would rip the lid off that melted nuclear reactor. But I did have the same concern as you initially. “What’s underneath that thing? Maybe it’s not nuclear at all?” But I recall back in the day when the Soviets were lying to everyone that a meltdown had even occurred, yet countries nearby were reporting alarming levels of radiation increase.
