Judge denies emergency order for NYC hospital to give ivermectin to COVID patient

A Manhattan judge says she won’t force a hospital to give an ailing post-COVID-19 patient the controversial drug ivermectin after the man’s wife sued for the non-FDA-approved treatment, according to a new ruling.

Erika Quintero-Sherry brought a civil case against Mount Sinai Hospital on Jan. 26 seeking an emergency order to have the drug given to husband Benjamin Chernyavsky — who’s been “on death’s doorstep” after contracting the virus last month.

Following two days of hearings in the case last week, including testimony from two Mount Sinai doctors, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Lynn Kotler said she wouldn’t grant the emergency request to force the hospital’s staff to administer the risky drug based on Quintero-Sherry’s “paltry” evidence and going against Chernyavsky’s treating doctor’s recommendations, as well as the recommendations from the medical community at large.

But Biden spending $30 million for crack pipes is perfectly acceptable.

Since when did judges have medical knowledge? This is politics to kill.

“Risky drug”

That is complete BS. Ivermectin has a safety profile significantly better than Tylenol, about like aspirin.

Ivermectin links. More than you probably want to know about Ivermectin:

Emory University has a very prestigious medical school. The Dean of Emory Medical School has Indian heritage, and co-wrote an article in the Times of India advocating using Ivermectin against Covid, among other things. This has gotten =ZERO= coverage in US media, including his hometown paper, the AJC, and his hometown news network, CNN.

Try to convince me that isn’t newsworthy - both his original article and the non-coverage of it by US media.

Link to the article discussed above, and Emory’s leadership page.

Yep. There is some nasty corruption going on here and nobody is doing anything about it. They are literally allowing people to die solely to keep the profit margin safe. Did you hear the FDA executive caught on tape saying they want Covid shots EVERY year forever??

“Since when did judges have medical knowledge? “

Makes me wonder if a Judge can be sued if the person dies. He does not have medical knowledge.

If the drug is proven to be affected in court in front of a jury, then he should be sued.

Any medical professional who refuses to treat a patient with whatever drug has worked on others should have their medical licenses pulled. “Do the patient no harm” takes precedence over political fiat.

Good grief. Get the Ivermectin from from AFLD (based on patient’s weight, see FLCCC I+MASK protocol for dosage chart) and sneak it in! A nurse friend of mine knew someone who did that for their Mother and got her out of the hospital ASAP.

The local DA should be pushed into an investigation for “practicing medicine without a license”.
Barring that from happening...the judge is certainly open to a Wrongful Death” tort if the patient dies.

It’s hard to imagine how the medical community ever wins back the trust they have lost over the last two years.

Another whacked out lefty judge pronounces a death sentence on a patient, violating patient civil rights. Do we need a George Floyd moment and burn down a few hospitals across the nation?
