Makes me wonder if a Judge can be sued if the person dies. He does not have medical knowledge.

If the drug is proven to be affected in court in front of a jury, then he should be sued.

Somebody please tell me if this kind of willful denial of an approved drug (unless for euthanasia) has been supported by the courts, let alone put in place as health care policy.
