That's nowhere in the 12th amendment.

Nor is it in The"Electoral Count Act of 1887" which has since been codified as:
"3 USC Ch. 1: PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS AND VACANCIES".

If you can point me to where he can return questioned tallies to the states for the state legislatures to review and recertify, I would sure appreciated it, as I can't seem to find it.

Just suppose EVERY ONE who donated requested their money back. If I recall I read where I think it was a million dollars or more had been withdrawn. How does GoFundMe decide who’s donation was spent so they can’t get a refund?

I did think about that, Spunky. I suspect they’ll cut it off by date of donation. I may not get mine back, as I did donate early, and therefore it’s possible that mine was part of the money they did transfer to the truckers. Although I think the amount they had already raised was just over $1M when I donated, but I can’t remember. If I don’t get mine back, I’ll assume it went to the truckers, which is fine.
