Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Not long ago I saw a few articles/here and there about thugs ripping off trains in LA I think, SoCal someplace, on a regular basis. I need to bring stuff to the thread when I see it.
They do it with no repercussions of course, because it’s CA, the state that has officially decriminalized crime. (that is, real crime by real criminals)

I started questioning doctors when I got a pat on the shoulder and a “good luck” as I was escorted out of the office. I now take my dh with me to every appt. I have had some horrible doctors over the years.
I am beginning to think that everything we have for our healing is out there. I’m reading a book on enzymes, but the writer sells her own line which are impossible to get, so I now question her, but not necessarily enzyme therapy. I’m doing research.
Anyway, this was excellent and I think many of us think this way.

No one cares except maybe the insurance companies. But the loss is built into the premiums which are paid by the carrier and passed on to the shipper who's rates reflect the added cost and so on, down to the poor schmucks who buy the stuff at retail. Everyone involved is making a profit except the consumer.

In order to determine your lung numbers a Pulmonary Function Test must be done. You must have almost certainly experienced this test. Typically they put plastic nose clips on the Patient. You then blow into the mouth piece. As directed by the Respiratory Therapist. The tests might take 15 minutes or more depending on different factors. All Respiratory Therapists are qualified to do PFTs. There are Credentials available to indicate that the Therapist has attained a more specialized level but it is not required.
Many RTs opt to not get into the PFT work. When I was struggling physically to continue my ICU work I was asked to consider doing that. It is almost all Out Patient work. I declined because it is in my opinion particularly more challenging in the big urban area Hospitals.
You frequently encounter langauge barriers which is a great hindrance to producing reliable results. That is an absolute fact and I have witnessed it. I have seen people come into the PFT Labs with shitty attitudes, non compliant with instructions, and not even understanding English. They just want to get out of there and go have another smoke.
My place had full time Translators 24/7 for dozens of different languages. The tests require communication in a second of time and Translators simply cannot help with that. I really don't know how my friends could do that stuff. It is horribly frustrating to contend with a person with Respiratory issues who does not understand the language of the RT.
I would not do that work, let You get it.
Still, the tests are relevant and a lot can be determined via the Spirometry Measurements. I much prefer to deal with the Patients who are beyond the point of needing to be convinced that they have genuine breathing problems and are willing to allow us and our interventions to save them and help prolong their lives.
Certainly there is no shortage of work for RTs in the ICUs. This ersatz Pandemic has placed incredible demands on the RTs over the last 2 years, and it seems that this will not change in year 3. The Politicians and Hospital Administrations simply love it. There is lots of money to be made and the constant BS drone advising one and all to ‘Get Vaccinated’ and simply save the planet by submission to the edicts of the government bureaucracies.

The rail theft in LA is *BAD*. Shippers are planning to avoid the area completely. Eventually the port of Los Angeles will become a ghost town.
