God is without a doubt judging this evil nation.
We are reaping what we have sown.

I used that very line this morning. I also added Cuba and Venezuela."
Earlier this month, Canadian Minister Treadeau determined that truckers were no longer considered "Essential Workers".
Also, he threatened to again close the border with Canada and the USA; was this an attempt to keep trade/commerce out ?
Canada has a "Zero Covid" policy much the same as Australia and New Zealand and countries in the European Union (EU)
Are there indications of supply chain breaking down in your area ? "Bare Shelves Biden" may end up replacing "Let's Go Brandon"

Plenty in Richmond, VA. Less but plenty.

That’s good to know, we’ve been looking at relocating to Missouri possibly. So we should stay away from St Louis? What about Springfield?
“Drives hubby crazy but makes me less anxious.”
Ditto here. I keep saying that someday he will appreciate it. I think that time is coming.
I was in Home Depot and Lowes, electrical boxes must have gold in them, none to be found.
How did your employer find out about your son ? TIA
I'm in the military and required to notify my command.
Here in the north GA area The Kroger I frequent is 905-95% stocked.
Meat is pricey, but available. I wait for the mark downs and sales.
Canned goods and dry goods are fine.
Only outage today was Crisco shortening. So I bought the store brand. No biggee.
We *DO* have outages when the locals get wiggy about ‘larger picture’ events. The you see limits on purchases and a few outages, but truly nothing unrecoverable by the next shopping trip.
Our Kroger location (think of it as East Egypt GA) is the highest sales-per-square-foot in the entire Kroger SE region. SO maybe Kroger keeps this one well stocked.
NET: no outages here for groceries, but Home Depot and Ace Hardware do have empty slots a lot.
Raging inflation
Loss of energy independence
Chaos at the southern border
Anemic job growth
Afghanistan debacle with dead military members
Unconstitutional vaccine mandates
More Covid deaths on his watch than on Trump’s
Picked up a grocery order from Walmart this morning. They had everything I ordered, but made substitutions on mushrooms and bacon. It was in my favor, though. They gave me 48 ounces of Bacon for the 32 ounce price, so I can live with that. ;)
Then, we went to our local Feed Store. They were 100% out of the usual steer/mule grain we feed in the winter months along with home-grown hay, but the ‘next best’ product was on sale for $9.99 a bag, so we bought five.
Then, we looked at paint - and I think others have shared that paint is in short supply due to the spring freeze in TX where most paint is produced, and there were less-than-full shelves at our local Farm & Fleet. House paint, interior and spray paints. (SW corner of Wisconsin.)
