Alec Baldwin has said any suggestion that he is not complying with a search warrant for his phone is a “lie” and feels the only way the death of Halyna Hutchins can be honoured is to “find out the truth”.
Authorities in the US issued a warrant in December for the actor’s mobile phone to be seized and searched, as part of the ongoing investigation into the death of Hutchins.
It is believed there may be evidence on the phone relevant to the incident in which a prop gun went off, fatally injuring the 42-year-old cinematographer on the Rust film set in New Mexico.
Baldwin, 63, discussed the search warrant in a video he shared to Instagram, where he first speaks of his joy at being reunited with a sentimental packet of Splenda sweetener given to him by a female fan.
He then says: “Any suggestion that I am not complying with requests or orders or demands or search warrants about my phone, that’s bulls###, that’s a lie.
“This is a process where one state makes the request of another state. Someone from another state can’t come to you and say, ‘Give me your phone, give me this, give me that’. They can’t do that. They’ve got to go through the state you live in.
“And it’s a process that takes time and they have to specify what exactly they want.
“They can’t just go through your phone and take your photos or your love letters to your wife or what have you, I really don’t know.
“But of course, we are 1,000% going to comply with all that, we’re perfectly fine with that.”

He has already lawyered up. Can you not tell by the ‘I never pulled the trigger’ thing? He is being told what to say and not to say by lawyers.
I’m sure there are records of the calls if needed.
I fail to see the difference between the Baldwin shooting and the officer Potter shooting. Both were accidentl on the face of it, so why aren’t they treated the dame way?
I guess I knowthe answer to that.

There it is again! They always seem to evade the fact that Baldwin pulled the trigger.
If they are just now issuing a search warrant for Baldwin’s phone it is waaaaaaay too late.
If Alec Baldwin had checked the gun and not pointed it at her,
she would still be alive. He deliberately pointed the gun at her. Why? I cannot determine what his intention was, but I have a suspicion. If not, why did he point a gun at her, a gun that I would have assumed could have been loaded. That is the ways I have always treated guns and I have never shot anybody. He has that responsibility.

Ha Ha! Alec, we know you’re a saint among men, but those words coming from the person who NEVER pulled the trigger are a joke.
He is also clear proof of the two tiered injustice system in this country. Most people would have been arrested within 48 hours and be placed in pretrial confinement.

Bingo. Baldwin misdirects attention to complying with a search warrant. That the phone has to be pursued by search warrant demonstrates that he is stalling and hiding evidence he knows will be at minimum embarrassing. He is needs to be called out on why he has chosen to construct the investigation instead of voluntarily surrendering his phone and granting permission to the carrier to give the police all info they have too. He’s doing the opposite of “honoring the death” of his victim”, which is a strange turn of phrase. Shouldn’t he honor her life? Only a natural born narcissist to think she was honored by him condescending to kill her.
Alex Baldwin is behaving exactly as you’d expect a narcissist to behave. Its all about morally, mentally, and spiritually superior Alec fending off the haters trying to victimize him. But On the other hand, being a victim is a plus cause it gets him more Splenda packets!
I’d laugh, but there is a little boy, a victim, of Alec Baldwins, who just had his first Christmas without his mother.
He could always volunteer. He will not.
My guess is they are telling him to shut up but with his narcissistic personality, HE knows best as we’re all uneducated riff raff.
