We have had four feet of snow. It started Christmas Eve, and lasted for three days. Our neighbors have a tree that went through their roof, and sliced the house in two. Thankfully it’s a summer rental, so no one was at home. We’ve had no power, cable, or internet. Thankfully we bought a whole house generator since the local power company frequently turns our power off.(PG&E). In the past week I have put all of the Christmas stuff away,shoveled snow multiple times a day, and read seven books. I can stand not having the TV, but no internet was killing me.
I’ve always loved a white Christmas, but I’m good now. No fun and I’m too old.
I hope you are all well. I need to go catch up to what’s been going on.
Blackeyed peas are a must!

The left’s obsession with transgenderism is just an extension of the Cloward-Piven strategy.
In order to destroy a capitalist society and replace it with socialism, one must first destroy the basic belief systems held by that society - destroy their sense of heritage and core values.
And what is more basic to our belief system than a man is a man and woman is a woman? I’m not talking about homosexuality here - I’m talking about gender-identity. I know many gay conservatives who have a sexual preference for their own, but are not confused as to their genetic sex.
To deny the basic tenet that there are only two sexes is to destroy the most core principle of society.
100% Cloward-Piven and perhaps its most insidious application.

Since Omicron has such mild symptoms, but the hype is so extreme, many more people are getting tested. What may have just passed as a cold previously now gets tested - hence record Covid cases.
But I’m confused. Didn’t the CDC just admit that their PCR test can’t tell the difference between Covid and the flu?
What tests are they using now? The same tests they just admitted do not work?
4 feet of snow! WOW. I thought I had it bad with the temps in the low 60* the last couple of weeks.
Don’t let Newsom see the generator, he’s looking to ban them too.
