40 states receive failing grade on fighting child sex trafficking, report
Alaska was ranked last out of all the states.
States are scored on six different policy issues and given “extra credit” for
extending certain protective policies to youth aged 18 to 24 and child labor
trafficking victims.
The six issues are:
1. Criminal provisions: “Clear criminal laws, including those that criminalize
buyers of sex with children, are needed to ensure all sex trafficking
offenders can be held accountable.”
2. Identification of and response to victims: “States’ laws must identify all
commercially sexually exploited children as victims of trafficking and
provide for a protective, rather than punitive, response.”
3. Continuum of care: “To break the cycle of exploitation, state laws must
provide victims access to funded, trauma-informed services.”
4. Access to justice for trafficking survivors: “A range of civil and criminal
justice remedies must be available for victims under the law.”
5. Tools for a victim-centered criminal justice response: “Criminal justice
procedures for the benefit and protection of victims must be provided under
the law.”
6. Prevention and training: “To help prevent trafficking and promote more
just responses to child sex trafficking victims, training for child welfare,
juvenile justice agencies, law enforcement, prosecutors, and school
personnel as well as prevention education for students, must be required
by law.”
The 10 states with the highest scores are Florida, Texas, Mississippi, California, Washington, Colorado, Kentucky, Utah, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Besides Florida, the rest of the top 10 states were given a grade of D, with state no. 11, Minnesota, being the only other one with a D grade.

That is my prayer also. So far, my little grandson is not vaccinated, although my daughter won’t speak to me after I made an issue of it. He does get tested weekly at school, so there is that to worry about.
Had breakfast with a friend today. Her daughter got vaccinated in the third trimester of her pregnancy. The new baby girl is okay so far...”a very docile, mellow baby.”

What are the chances that David Rubenstein is the President of the Alfalfa Club and that very club’s origins are based upon supposed documents once held by the Kaiser of Germany (King of Prussia)? Whether the “secret documents” are real or not, the pamphlet itself is and so is the connection it provides.
As you read through Prussia Gate, and I once again can’t stress how important it is you do so, you’ll come to the same conclusion I did - the Prussia Gate story is impossible to deny. It’s also undeniable that Devolution is happening as we speak. David Rubenstein and the Alfalfa club serve as the connection point between Prussia Gate and Devolution.
The Prussian model of “infiltration instead of invasion” was the only way to defeat America. They almost succeeded. The complexity of the NGOs and global corporations involved in global politics is the modern day version of the Prussian method of control that has developed over hundreds of years and it cannot be dismantled overnight. Trump and the devolution team have been facing a monumental task. Part of defeating this enemy is becoming aware of who they are and how they operate. – A four-year-old British boy developed hypothermia after his school isolated him outside in a “shed” due to a mild cold suspected of being COVID.
Chloé Wilby told News & Star last week that Wigton Infant School put her son, Mason, in an “outdoor shed” after seeing that he had a runny nose and slight cough. She said the school called her to pick up the boy as soon as possible, without informing her that he was being held outside in 40-degree weather with no heating.
When she arrived, Wilby found her four-year-old with “hands red raw, eyes watering like mad, snotty nose down his face.”
“He couldn’t talk” and was “shivering like mad,” she said. “They even made him eat his lunch outside, no toys, no games, nothing.”
Wilby was instructed to call an ambulance after taking Mason to a doctor, as he had developed hypothermia.
