Lol I actually just open the vanilla bottle and pour. It’s at least 2 tablespoons. My rule about vanilla is that you can never have too much lol. Although I suppose you could, but it would be a lot.

Baldwin is not a nice person and I didn’t buy his crocodile tears when he sat down for that interview with Steffy.

I woke up at 2 and just couldn’t fall back asleep.
I hope not. I hope I'll go back to sleep in about 30 minutes. I haven't slept enough.
I didn’t take my benadryl for sleeping last night. I had taken a muscle relaxer just 3 hours earlier and didn’t want the meds to overlap. So, I have now taken the benadryl to help push me back to sleep. I’m just waiting for it to go into effect.

Doesn’t keep me asleep but helps me fall back asleep.
When we go out of town, it is the 1st thing I pack.
