No, you're not, you're easy to find electronically. You are just ignorant to the way you're tracked. Even if you use cash you're still tracked. Easily... You've been easily tracked since the 90's.
I've been in Fortune 100 business for 25 years and people have no idea how data is shared even in the private world, much less the governmental world.

The US is too fragile for civil war. The infrastructure can’t handle the mildest of attacks or accidents, much less a full scale insurrection. Never happen.

Sounds like you should try another country if you think it's so bad here. The point is, you're not going to convince enough people it's bad enough when they live at such a high quality of life.

Excellent point. The supply chain troubles have really brought this home. 1860s Americans had less and produced what they needed locally.

The 2/3's left will be enough.
