No doubt she has enough dirt to take Biden down if they try to impeach her. As for the Supreme Court, she can’t be appointed unless she wants to be.

Actually, yes. But Biden can’t do it. If Harris becomes a total laughingstock and won’t resign, Congress could remove her (impeachment).
And as we saw with Trump, Congress can use any old reason to impeach someone.

Given that it is the Bidens backed by the Obama deep state, I suspect they have plenty on Kamala and her husband to make her decide to resign in order to spend time with family. The narrative can be that she didn’t realize how much time it would take away from them...yadayadya! Then, they can put in a VP much more agreeable to the progressive left. Stacy Abrams? Elizabeth Warren? Hillary Clinton would probably make the “sacrifice”.
