I have been so amazed when I read posters that talk about how great Newsmax is. I was an avid Newsmax reader years ago, until Christopher Ruddy said how it hurt him so much to write anything bad about his “friend” Bill Clinton. That was just after the Lewinsky days. I never visited Newsmax after that. Clinton friends are not trustworthy.

They apparently don’t give a darn. For starters, this ain’t a real vaccination. And the proof is in the SEC filings where they classify it as “gene therapy”.
While the NIH etc. and the on-line dictionary changed the definition of the term vaccine, I have not seen any legislation that also made such a change. Hence, legally it ain’t a vaccine. It is a treatment and has different legality.
The 1905 Supreme Court case was well before WWII and the subsequent laws that resulted due to the medical abuses of the 3rd Reich. And it was not a unanimous decision - there were dissenting opinions.
Additionally, it was a challenge to a state law, at a time when the Court was inclined to honor the 10th amendment. This is a State’s right issue in addition to all the other crap they are trying to fob off on everyone.
There is no law on the books that matches this OSHA travesty, and they have greatly overstepped their legal authority in issuing it.
Additionally, I would point out that just because there was a Supreme Court decision, doesn’t make it set in stone. Any one familiar with Plessy v. Ferguson (1896), the Supreme Court sanctioned segregation by upholding the doctrine of “separate but equal”?
Brown v. Board of Education - 1954 Holding: Separate schools are not equal. Reversals happen.
The law is very clear on medical therapy - individuals may say no. And under the US Code which incorporated the Nuremberg Protocols, it is totally illegal to force medical experiments on people.
In addition, under the EUA legislation it is illegal for any experimental treatment to be required, and it is also illegal without informed consent.
Given that the ingredients are secret, and the details and trial data will not be available until 2022-2025(indeed the trials are still ongoing), said informed consent does not exist.
So clearly, this group doesn’t really give a darn about individual rights. Bunch of crappy traitors.
JMO and I ain’t a lawyer, and I haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn Express, but I did take a Business Law Class, and the instructor tried to convince me to change my major and attend law school - he thought I would make a really good and fair judge. Ha. *eyeroll* I can not think of any school work that would be more tedious.
