I’m fortunate to work at a small family-run company (of just above 100 employees, unfortunately). Even more fortunately, our owner is an enlightened, freedom-respecting individual.
We recently received a letter from a federal contractor who buys miniscule amounts of product from us, demanding that he coerce the entire company to get jabbed immediately under the mandate from Sleepy Joe that supposedly passes the coercion all the way down the supply chain (I think it is EO 14042). The owner thought about it for a few days, and then wrote this back:

As part of our commitment to focus on protecting the health, well-being, and welfare of our employees, suppliers, and customers, we submit our policy in response to your request.
We do not wish for your company to suffer the loss that would result from a supply chain interruption. As a united team, we focus on making our customers successful, including yours.

That unity and camaraderie is only possibly when we reject all forms of discrimination and segregation that would result from the imposition of classes that would divide our diverse team.
